Julia Montes posts heartfelt video tribute to Cherie Gil online: "Love you Tita"

Julia Montes, 27, is among the list of celebrities who paid tribute to the late actress, Cherie Gil, who recently passed away on August 5 at the age of 59.

On her Instagram account, @montesjulia08, KAMI learned that the Kapamilya actress uploaded a reel which contained several video clips and photos she had with Cherie.

It is worth noting that Julia has previously worked with Cherie in the 2013 movie, A Moment In Time, directed by Emmanuel Palo.

In her Instagram post, Julia penned a short yet sweet message to her 'Tita' Cherie whom she said is now in the kingdom of happiness.

"You will be missed… so glad to be your “mini cooper.” Love you tita Cherie @macherieamour you are now in the kingdom of happiness and no pain," she said.

Meanwhile, in the comment section of her post, tons of netizens expressed their sadness over the unfortunate news about Cherie's passing.
