Manay Lolit Solis, in one of her latest posts on Instagram, asked if actress Bea Alonzo also has her own charity work.

She also wondered if Bea has also helped other people and if she has a heart for the poor.
In the beginning of her post, the veteran columnist talked about the Taal Volcano and those who could be affected by its eruption, then steered the topic towards the actress.
“Katakot din ang baka pumutok ang vulcan Taal Salve at Gorgy. Maraming maapektuhan, marami ang magkakaruon na naman ng problema. Siguro mas ito dapat ang pagtuunan natin ng pansin at huwag muna si Bea Alonzo,” Manay Lolit wrote in her post.

The veteran showbiz columnist then said that for all she knows, Bea might even be the first one to extend help to those who would need it in case Taal Volcano erupts.
She then wondered whether Bea has extended help to others or if she has her own charity work that could help her followers.
“Malay natin baka si Bea Alonzo ang unang dumamay sa mga taga Taal pag kailangan ang tulong. Teka nga, naririnig nyo ba na nagbibigay tulong si Bea Alonzo? Meron ba diyang charity work, o mga foundation na nakakatulong sa mga followers niya?” she wondered.
Manay Lolit also asked if Bea also has a heart for the poor and if she has ever held even just one fund raising activity to reciprocate the love showered on her by her followers.
“May puso ba para sa mahirap si Bea? Nagkaruon na ba siya ng isa man lang fund raising para ibalik ang pagmamahal ng mga followers niya? Gaya ng ibang mga stars na talagang nagbibigay donations at sumasali sa mga fund raising, nagawa na kaya ito ni Bea Alonzo?” Manay Lolit asked.
She then expressed her opinion that it would be worthwhile for anyone to shower Bea with love if she is one of those who is always ready to help others.
“Siguro mas magiging karapat dapat siyang mahalin kung alam mo na isa siya sa mga stars na maluwag ang puso sa pagtulong. Siguro mas mamahalin mo siya pag alam mo na siya ang isa sa laging nauuna pag may nagaganap na trahedya sa bayan. O kaya malambot ang puso niya sa mga orphans at homeless kids,” she wrote in her post.
Manay Lolit then lamented the ease by which Bea allegedly ‘cancelled’ those whom she is not fond of, though she asked people to just understand the actress
“Siguro kaya madali kay Bea Alonzo ang pag cancel sa mga ayaw niyang tao dahil hindi nga ganuon kalawak ang kanyang puso at isip. Or kung meron man siyang ginagawa ‘di ko nababalitaan. Well, unawain na lang natin siya, ipagdasal at bigyan ng pagmamahal para lumambot at maging mas open sa lahat ng nagaganap. We wish you well dear Bea Alonzo, be happy and safe,” Manay Lolit said.
Lolit Solis is a Pinay talk show host, entertainment news writer, talent manager and showbiz columnist. She was born on May 20, 1947 in the city of Manila. According to the veteran columnist, she spent her early life in a poor section of Lardizabal in Sampaloc, Manila. She has made numerous controversial remarks about known celebrities. She was also involved in the infamous 1994 Manila Film Scandal, where she induced several actors and actresses to announce different names as winners.
Recently, Manay Lolit in an IG post said she doesn’t want to waste her time on “isang Bea Alonzo lamang.” She said the world has a lot of problems that need more attention than the said actress. The veteran showbiz columnist even berated herself in her own post because she became distracted in the issue with Bea. Lolit then suggested that the actress should also watch the news sometimes instead of her old movies that sometimes might let her develop an illusion of grandeur.
In a previous post, Manay Lolit discussed about Bea in her lengthy commentary. She penned her frank opinion on some remarks she heard saying that Ai-Ai delas Alas and Pokwang’s roles also fit to Bea. The showbiz columnist then expressed that Bea looks lovely and young for her age. Manay Lolit also mentioned some roles that she thinks would fit to the 34-year-old actress.
