Direk Erik Matti has created a buzz on social media after he posted his fiery message to Toni Gonzaga.
In his lengthy online post, the renowned director expressed dismay towards Toni following her post where the hashtag “#unbothered” was used.
It can be recalled that the 38-year-old actress and TV host became trending after she hosted the proclamation rally of Bongbong Marcos and Mayor Sara Duterte. In the said event, Toni also introduced Rep. Rodante Marcoleta, who was among the members of Congress who denied ABS-CBN’s franchise renewal back in 2020.

Meanwhile, in the comments section of the director’s post, it could be noticed that some celebrities left their reactions.

Janno Gibbs, on the other hand, commented an emoji depicting praying and a heart emoji.

Furthermore, film director Quark Henares also criticized Toni for introducing Marcoleta.
Toni Gonzaga is a famous actress, television host, and YouTube star in the Philippines. She married director Paul Soriano on June 12, 2015 in Taytay, Rizal. Toni then gave birth to their first child, Severiano Elliott, on September 30, 2016. At their wedding, one of their godfathers is former senator Bongbong Marcos.
Toni recently announced that she is stepping down as the main host of “Pinoy Big Brother.” In her latest post, Toni officially bid farewell to the reality show and said she will leave the rest to Bianca Gonzalez and the other hosts. Following her announcement, PBB management released a statement on Toni’s departure. The management expressed respect and gratitude towards the 38-year-old actress and TV host.
Following Toni's announcement, Alex Gonzaga immediately showed support for her sister. According to Alex, her Ate is a “queen forever” and she seemingly claimed that Toni’s hosting skill is incomparable.
