Alex Gonzaga gave followers an intimate glimpse into her life as a new mother by sharing a series of family photos captured by Nice Print Photography featuring her husband, Mikee Morada, and their baby boy, Isaac Gerard.

The actress, television host, comedian, and content creator welcomed Isaac on August 27, marking a deeply meaningful milestone for the couple after years of hoping to have a child.
Among the photos Alex shared was an especially emotional image of Baby Isaac peacefully sleeping beside a collection of syringes. The striking photograph represented the medical journey that preceded his arrival and the treatments Alex underwent in her efforts to become a mother.
Alex explained the significance of the syringes in her caption.

“All the injections we took just to have Isaac. And mama will do it all over again for you,” she wrote.
The message offered a glimpse into just how much the couple had invested emotionally and physically in their journey toward parenthood. Rather than simply presenting the syringes as medical objects, Alex connected them to the sacrifices and treatments that ultimately became part of the story behind Isaac’s birth.

Alex has also been open about undergoing in vitro fertilization, or IVF, as part of her efforts to conceive. She previously discussed undergoing Lymphocyte Immunization Therapy, also known as LIT, while addressing difficulties carrying a pregnancy to term.
At one point, Alex and Mikee were actively preparing for another IVF cycle. However, they unexpectedly conceived naturally before proceeding with that plan.
Their son’s arrival therefore represented a particularly meaningful development following years of medical treatment, pregnancy loss, and uncertainty.
Alex had also revealed months before giving birth that she developed gestational diabetes during her third trimester. Despite the pregnancy-related condition, she eventually welcomed Isaac safely.
The new photos now offer a glimpse of the family’s life after that long journey. Alex’s captions combine humor and tenderness, reflecting the couple’s adjustment to parenthood while also acknowledging the difficult road that brought them there.
