Cristy Fermin recently shared how Terrence Romeo’s wife named Pia purportedly deceived Ogie Diaz twice.

During the latest episode of Cristy Ferminute, Nanay Cristy claimed that Pia has a total of P5 million unpaid debt from the prominent talent manager.
To pay a part of it, Pia allegedly promised to give Ogie a car.
“Sabi ko sa kanya, 'Pia, ang tao raw kako, marunong lang mahiya, tao na. Kausapin mo si Ogie, kausapin mo siya mismo dahil siya ang may-ari nung pera. Siya 'yung naniningil sa 'yo. E ayaw niyang kausapin, kung sino-sino pinapakausap niya kay Ogie. Pagka naman siya ang tumatawag pangako lang ng pangako na hindi naman tinutupad.”

“Minsan sabi niya, ibibigay daw niya kay Ogie pambawas sa utang niya, kotse,” Nanay Cristy narrated.
"'Sige,’ sabi ni Ogie. 'Para mabawasan na lang, sige, tatanggapin ko na 'yan'. Walang maibigay. Kamukat-mukat mo, puro rent-a-car lang pala ang ginagamit niya,” the veteran showbiz columnist aired.
"Pangalawa, may nakikipag-coordinate kay Ogie na tao niya," Nanay Cristy furthermore shared. "Isang lote sa Antipolo, isang lote sa Quezon, Lopez ata 'yun o kung saan man. Nagkagastos pa ng P200,000 plus si Ogie sa pagpapa-check nu'ng mga dokumento. Double selling, dalawa, may kaso, double selling. Wala, walang dokumento na malinis.”
“Alam mo 'yung ganu'n na inis na inis ka na nga dahil 'di ka binabayaran, gagawa pa ng mga katwiran na hindi naman totoo.”
“Apat, apat na taon 'yun,” Cristy added.
