Kapuso star Michael Sager has been tapped as one of the hosts of the upcoming season of ABS-CBN’s hit reality show “Pinoy Big Brother,” which is billed as “Pinoy Big Brother Collab 3.0.”

The announcement was made by the program on social media on Monday, October 5. Michael also shared the news on his own social media accounts, expressing his gratitude for the opportunity.

In his post, Michael welcomed the new chapter in his career, writing, “Hello Philippines, Hello world, we are so back! Grateful to be given a new task by kuya…”

He then revealed the nature of his new assignment, adding, “this time as his host,” referring to his role in the upcoming season of “Pinoy Big Brother.”

Michael will join fellow “PBB” hosts Bianca Gonzalez, Robi Domingo, Gabbi Garcia, Melai Cantiveros, Enchong Dee, and Alexa Ilacad for the latest celebrity edition of the reality show.

“Pinoy Big Brother Collab 3.0” will also feature regular housemates, who are set to enter the “PBB” house later this month.

Michael Sager is a Filipino-Canadian actor, host, and model who entered the Philippine entertainment industry in 2022 as a member of GMA Network’s youth group Sparkada. He has since established himself as a rising leading man, taking on main roles in television dramas such as “Shining Inheritance” and “Born to Shine.” He further gained popularity as a housemate on “Pinoy Big Brother: Celebrity Collab Edition.”

Pinoy Big Brother is a reality show where the contestants are required to stay in a house known as “Bahay ni Kuya.” The big winner will be determined by overcoming the challenges that must be faced inside the house, and also with the help of votes from the audience.
