During her guesting, she was asked an interesting question about being the wife of Christian Pastor Joseph "Joe" Bonifacio.
“Rics, nakaka-pressure bang maging pastor's wife?” host Iya Villania asked Rica.
To which she answered, “Medyo, oo”.
"I think parang... baka ayaw aminin ng iba pero mayroon talaga.”
She then went on to compare being a wife of a pastor to her experience as a showbiz personality.
“Because it's kinda like para ka ring artista sort kasi tinitingnan ka ng lahat dahil ikaw yung asawa ng pastor.”
“Hindi naman sa mali siya, pero reality siya ng pagiging asawa ng isang pastor,” she added.
Regina Carla Bautista Peralejo-Bonifacio, better known as Rica Peralejo, is a former actress, TV host, singer, content creator, and writer. She was born on March 7, 1981 and began her showbiz career at a young age. She was a member of Ang TV, a popular youth-oriented variety show that aired on ABS-CBN. The former actress is now married to a Christian pastor named Joseph Bonifacio. They have two children – Philip Nathaniel and Manu.
Rica previously shared on social media a video of her jump rope workout. In the said video, the actress successfully did five consecutive double unders. A basher, however, penned that Rica’s jump rope videos are “nakakasawa na”. Rica then reacted to the basher's remark.
Rica has also taken to social media to publish a noteworthy Instagram update. The actress wrote a lengthy post about having a messy house. The mom of two boys mentioned a few reasons why some parts of her house are not picture-perfect. Rica also shared about her kids’ fortresses under their stairs filled with cardboard boxes, paper, and blankets.
