Followers of Gretchen and Marjorie Barretto became hopeful of reconciliation once more when the estranged sisters commented almost simultaneously on the throwback photo post of Arlene Muhlach.

The photo was taken in June of 2013 during the group’s trip, which included Gretchen, Marjorie, and Arlene, to Boracay.
Arlene Muhlach posted the photo of them on the shores of an unidentified beach in Boracay, and captioned it with: “This trip was soo much fun!!!.”
She also added a smiling face and heart emoji, along with the hashtags #tbt #boracay #JUNE2013 #almosteightyearsago.
Marjorie then commented: “June 2013 wonderful memories,” and also included heart emojis to her reply.
Gretchen’s comment, which immediately followed her sister, reads: “That long ago,” and also had a heart emoji.
While the two separate comments might not mean anything, the fact that they were posted one after the other, or almost at the same time, is enough for their followers to hope for reconciliation once more.

Marjorie Bernandine Castelo Barretto, on the other hand, is an actress and politician. She was born on May 19, 1974. Marjorie was elected to the city council as representative of second district of Caloocan from 2007 to 2013

The sisters’ feud were known to the public, not because they brawled in places filled with people, but because of their posts on social media. For example a year ago, Marjorie posted a photo with a quote about lies and telling the truth on her social media account. She also accompanied her post with a lengthy message about revealing her truth regarding the feud she has with her sisters, Gretchen and Claudine Barretto. Various celebrities in the showbiz industry have then left comments and reactions on Marjorie’s post.
In a more recent post, Marjorie uploaded a video of herself and sister Gia Barretto hugging and crying as they bid each other goodbye. The celebrity mom went on to say that she still needs her sister around to guide her and give her strength.
