During family discussion on the 'House of D' alongside Oyo's wife Kristine Hermosa, Danica Sotto, and Marc Pingris, Dina asked a classic question that put the couples on the spot:
"Kayo sa inyo, sinong unang nagsusori?" Without hesitation, Oyo answered with a sheepish smirk. "Mas madalas siya yung ano eh..."
The moment Oyo admitted that Kristine usually makes the first move to patch things up, Dina immediately called him out which had both couples laughing hard on the show:

Trying to justify why he sometimes takes longer to soften up during conflicts, Oyo explained how men and women process arguments differently:
"Minsan nga, alam mo yung syempre yung thinking ng lalaki na parang, 'Hindi eh, ito kasi yun eh.' Iba 'yung takbo ng utak ng babae. Sabi ko nga diba, spaghetti yung babae eh. Spaghetti yung utak nila. Ang daming iniisip, konektado yan kung saan-saan. Ang lalaki, ito lang. Pupunta ako sa mall, bibili lang ako ng sapatos, uuwi na ako. Ang babae, pupunta sa mall, bibili ng sapatos, ay may nakita..."
Oyo added that because of this difference, he often ends up confused about why Kristine is upset in the first place:
"Kaya siguro yung pride ko minsan tumatagal, kasi gusto mong ipaintindi sa kanya pero hindi niya ma-gets. Tapos yung lalaki, hindi rin namin ma-gets na parang, 'Wala naman akong ginawa!'"
