Raffy Tulfo straightforwardly aired his opinion about the long-been issue of “victim-blaming.”

KAMI learned that the veteran broadcast-journalist stated in his popular program that girls’ clothing has nothing to do with why they are being harassed by offenders.

He firmly believes that if a man really wants to commit a heinous crime, he will do it no matter what the circumstances are.
