The mother of Bernard and Mico Palanca passed away on March 19.
KAMI learned that the said personality, whose name is Pita Revilla, died just three months after her son Mico departed.
It was reported that the mom of the two actors passed away in America because of cancer.

Her cousin Ditas Santos was the one who posted the sad news on social media.
She revealed that Pita only found out several days ago that she had cancer and it was already too late to recover because it already spread in her body.
“It saddens us here on earth that we will not see her again and enjoy precious moments with her anymore but we lift up our sorrow and grief to You knowing she is in a much better place…” she wrote.
“She found out 2 weeks ago when she had a check up that she had a cancer and that it had spread already. It was so sudden!” she added.

Mico and Bernard Palanca are two of the most popular celebrity siblings in the Philippines. The former already passed away on December 9, 2019.
