A truck crashed into a barrier and ended up on a railway track in Poland.

It stopped directly on the tracks, ignoring warnings about an approaching train.

In a video shared by GMA 7's '24-Oras' courtesy of PKP Polish Railways, the truck driver exited the vehicle and desperately waved to stop the train.

Sadly, the train was moving too quickly and could not halt in time, leading to a devastating collision that injured seven people.

The driver of the truck was later on arrested by the police authorities.
