On X, formerly Twitter, Hilton emotionally expressed how devastated her family is over the loss of her home.

“Heartbroken beyond words sitting with my family, watching the news, and seeing our home in Malibu burn to the ground on live TV is something no one should ever have to experience.”

She could not help but recollect some of their precious memories in the home.

The American media mogul further sent prayers to those affected by the destructive fires.

“My heart and prayers are going out to every family affected by these fires. To all the people who have lost their homes, their memories, and their beloved pets. My heartaches for those still in harm’s way or mourning greater losses. The devastation is unimaginable. To know so many are waking up today without the place they called home is truly heartbreaking.”

In a previous report by KAMI, on Christmas day, a family of four was found dead inside their lakeside home in Wakefield, New Hampshire, CBS News Boston reported. According to a report by the Daily Mail UK, the family was victimized by a "silent killer" - carbon monoxide. As it turned out, the propane heating system at the lakefront house malfunctioned, prompting the entire family to be poisoned as they slept that night. Currently, investigators don't know yet as to why it happened; also, there were no carbon monoxide alarms found in the home.

A 10-year-old child died outside her home in Florida on New Year's Eve. According to the report of Daily Mail, the victim simply collapsed and died after she was struck by a stray bullet. The little girl just celebrated her birthday on Dec. 26, making her death a very painful one for her family. They tried to bring her to the hospital, and Fire Rescue even intercepted and took her immediately to Ryder Trauma Center, but was pronounced dead.
