According to the report of Inquirer, Marcus was found by officers on railroad tracks.
The tires of his Lamborghini got stuck in between the tracks, about 10 minutes before a commuter train was scheduled to pass.
The tires were so buried in rock and dirt after having been spun repeatedly, in the hopes of getting out of the tracks.

Officers with the Maitland Police Department found Marcus in possession of c*caine, a second-degree misdemeanor, and was charged for it.
He was also charged with resisting an officer without a violence, which was also a second-degree misdemeanor.
The arresting officers learned that Marcus escaped from a traffic stop in another county.
He was asked to get out of his car after officers smelled alcohol, noticed his blurred speech and confusion.
The c*caine was found in a bag inside his pants.
According to WESH, the police were traveling on Greenwood Road when they noticed headlights right on the railroad tracks, but were not moving.
Initially, Marcus explained that he made a wrong turn, but when asked to do field sobriety test, the results resulted in his arrest for driving under the influence.
