According to the 25-year-old woman, the situation deeply affected her after discovering that the video had reportedly circulated on a foreign website.
“Na-trauma na ako kasi ayun nga parang ang daming nakakaalam na tao sa paligid ko about doon sa video since kumalat na siya sa isang foreign site,” she said.
The victim also shared how emotionally devastated she felt after learning about the alleged upload.

“Syempre nung una kong nalaman yun parang gusto ko na magpakamatay. Naano yung dignidad ko, yung pagkatao ko as babae,” Teresa said.
She believes her ex-boyfriend, identified only as Joel, may have acted out of revenge following their breakup.
“Dahil siguro nakipag-break ako sa kanya. So parang gumaganti siya sa akin na masira ako sa ibang tao,” she explained.
Teresa said her family repeatedly asked the man to delete the uploaded video, but nothing allegedly happened despite their requests.
Because of this, the “Kapuso Action Man” team accompanied her to the PNP Anti-Cybercrime Group to pursue possible legal action against her ex-boyfriend.
According to a PNP Anti-Cybercrime Group officer, the suspect may face charges for violating the Anti-Photo and Video V*yeurism Act of 2009 in relation to the Cybercrime Prevention Act of 2012.
Authorities also said a case under the Violence Against Women and Their Children Act or RA 9262 may be considered because of the psychological impact on the victim.
The program also reportedly reached out to Joel through social media to get his side regarding the allegations, but he had not responded at the time the report aired.
Authorities later confirmed that the uploaded video had already been removed after the PNP Anti-Cybercrime Group coordinated with the National Telecommunications Commission to take down the content and the account involved.
Teresa was also referred for proper psychological intervention as the investigation continues. Meanwhile, the PNP encouraged individuals facing similar situations to seek help immediately and assured victims that their privacy and information would remain protected.
