A three-year-old girl was injured but survived after she was hit and run over by a pickup truck in Cotabato City.

According to a report by GMA Regional TV News on GTV Balitanghali on Thursday, a CCTV camera showed the toddler crossing the road alone on February 9.
The victim was hit and run over by a vehicle, while the pick-up truck did not stop immediately.
The child's parents admitted that they did not realize that their child had crossed the road.

The pickup truck driver surrendered and promised to pay for the child's medical treatment.
In another story, a tricycle driver in Surigao City was admired for his honesty after handing over the bag that was left with only P100,000.
The lady passenger cried and hugged the tricycle driver, Leodegario Jumandos Jr. after he returned to her the bag of P100,000 cash and passport.
According to the driver's son, Jumandos dropped off the passenger at Surigao City Boulevard on February 4 to go to Dinagat Island.
Jumandos had already left when he saw the bag on the back of his tricycle.
He did not hesitate to return to the place and return the bag to the owner.
The lady was very grateful to the faithful tricycle driver and gave him a reward.

GMA Regional News shared a CCTV footage from an establishment nearby captured the incident. In the footage, one can see the motorcycle carrying the rider, a woman and a child traversing the designated motorcycle lane. All of a sudden, a dog crossed their path, sending all three of them tumbling down with one narrowly missed by the tires of a passing SUV.
