The police also added that the alleged suspect's real motive was to have a relationship with the minor.
In a report by Bea Pinlac in 'Unang Balita,' the alleged suspect and victim lived together for weeks when the crime was believed to have been committed by the man.
When the victim had enough, she decided to go back to their province in Tarlac. Right after that, she and her father reported the incident to the police.
After 7 months of hiding, the accused man was nabbed by the police with the power of an arrest warrant.

According to the alleged suspect, he helped the girl look for a job and even offered his place for her to stay.
They eventually got comfortable with each other and they eventually got into a relationship.
He admitted that they got into intimate contact but he said the girl was the first one to show interest in him.
Although he reiterated he never forced the girl to do what they did. He also didn't know the girl was a minor because, according to him, the girl said he was a 19-year-old girl from Caloocan City.
