Another victim is in critical condition.

In an interview, the suspect confessed (translated), "Wala akong tulog. Hindi ako masyadong high dahil hindi naman ako na-ha-high sa drugs. Normal lang sa akin 'yun."

"Nung pinatay ko sila, hindi ako naawa dahil ang bulong sa akin ng diyablo, barilin ng tatlong beses," he added.

It's the same kidnap-slay crime committed against Ruby Rose Barrameda in 2007 and as it turned out, the alleged mastermind behind the two crimes was believed to be the same person.
