A 19-year-old was arrested by virtue of a warrant of arrest for allegedly molesting his 14-year-old sister.

According to the report of Balitanghali of GMA News, the alleged assault happened in Taguig last year.

Along with the 19-year-old, the stepfather of the victim was also accused and was already arrested prior.

"Paulit-ulit na hinalay itong biktima na 14 years old. Ang [sinampahan] ng kaso nito 'yung kaniyang stepfather na ang nagreklamo ay kapatid niya mismo. At hindi niya alam na kasama rin pala siya na kinasuhan so nagulat siya at meron siyang warrant,” said Police Lieutenant Colonel Paul Sabulao, Chief of Rodriguez, Rizal Police.

The accused also denied the accusations against him and said that he was only dragged into the issue.

The SUV driver admitted he fell asleep because of exhaustion, he will be facing multiple complaints because of the incident.
