Man stealing a mobile phone from a store, caught red-handed by CCTV

- A man was caught stealing from an ice cream store

In Iloilo City, a man wearing a white tank top and cargo shorts went to an ice cream shop.

At first, the man looks like he is waiting for something while doing something on his own phone.

Then, just seconds later, he quickly took the staff's mobile phone and ran away from the scene.

As reported by GMA Regional TV News, according to the ice cream staff, the man ordered an ice cream before plotting his ill plan.

When the ice cream store staff turned its back to the pretending customer, the culprit then took that as a chance to grab the staff's mobile phone, which was on top of the counter.

The authorities immediately rolled out an investigation following the incident.

In another report by GMA Regional TV News, a student managed to run away from her reported abductors.

According to the victim herself, she was abducted by some men in a white van.

When they reached Bago, Negros Occidental, the victim saw a chance to flee from her abductors.

The authorities now have a copy of the CCTV footage of the alleged white van used by the suspects.

An investigation has already started following the abducting incident.

In a previous report by KAMI, a man was gunned down while walking to work in Tondo, Manila. The incident was captured by CCTV cameras. The assailant approached the victim on a motorcycle, shot him twice, and then fled. Authorities are investigating the case and conducting follow-up operations to apprehend the suspect.
