A video of Broward County Sheriff's Office in Florida, USA, and shared by GMA Integrated News showed the harrowing moment that a carnapper left a child at the roadside.
Motorists were surprised, and the report from the sheriff's office noted that the child was a 3-year-old.
Before the carnapping incident, the car apparently bumped into a vehicle, causing the driver to go down from the vehicle.
The carnapper then took the chance and drove the vehicle away.
