Zara Lopez shared that being absent from the Viva Hot Babes reunion was only part of what hurt her, as she reflected on friendships that have lasted more than two decades.

In a Facebook post, the content creator spoke about feeling disappointed over the lack of support she received during her birthday. She also thanked the people who continued to make her feel remembered and appreciated.
“Hindi ako kasama sa Viva Hot Babes reunion… but what hurt more was realizing who still considered me a friend after 20+ years,” she wrote.
According to her account, most of the people she referred to neither attended her celebration nor sent a simple birthday video greeting. She also mentioned receiving no invitation to the reunion.

Zara explained that Simon had invited everyone and requested video greetings because he knew how much those friendships meant to her. She thanked him for trying to bring people together and make her birthday memorable.
“He tried his best to bring people together and make my birthday unforgettable. But sometimes, even with the best intentions, you cannot force people to show up,” she said.
Amid those disappointments, the personality singled out Myles Hernandez, whom she also identified as Myles Hernandez-Cortez, for making an effort despite being thousands of miles away in the United States.
She said her fellow Viva Hot Babe sent a video greeting, reached out privately, and checked on her. According to the post, that support has continued beyond the celebration.
“Myles didn’t have to be physically present. She sent me a video greeting, messaged me privately, checked on me, and until today continues to support and understand me,” she shared.
For Zara, those gestures carried particular meaning after more than 20 years of friendship. She also reflected on their shared Christian faith, saying genuine friendship involves communicating, praying for one another, and staying present even when situations become uncomfortable.
The content creator expressed similar gratitude toward Simon. She thanked him for defending her, surprising her, and trying to repair relationships that he knew mattered to her.
She said his efforts helped her feel celebrated and loved during a painful period.
Despite her disappointment, Zara ended her message with an offer of forgiveness and a willingness to hear from the group.
