Robi Domingo has confirmed that he and John Lloyd Cruz have settled their rumored misunderstanding, putting an end to speculation about their relationship following Ria Atayde and Zanjoe Marudo's wedding in 2025.

During his guest appearance on Fast Talk With Boy Abunda on Tuesday, the television host clarified that there is no longer an issue between him and the actor. Robi also acknowledged John Lloyd's efforts to address the situation and restore their friendship.
"It was unintentional, I guess. It just happened on a whim. In a nutshell, what I wanna say is, it's done," he said.
Robi explained that John Lloyd took the initiative to reach out to several people who could help resolve the matter. He expressed appreciation for the actor's efforts, emphasizing that their circle of friends has also moved forward from the incident.

"I appreciate Kuya Lloydie because he reached out to different managers and Star Magic to fix it. And within our circle of friends, we're OK."
Aside from discussing his relationship with John Lloyd, Robi also opened up about his current relationship with his former girlfriend, Gretchen Ho. According to the host, they remain on good terms and continue to work together, including hosting events.
Robi also mentioned that their connection extends beyond their professional engagements, as Gretchen's sibling serves as the pediatrician of his baby.
"For the record, I don't get to talk to Gretchen, you know, all the time," he said.
The television personality further explained that his wife, Maiqui Pineda, is comfortable with his working relationship with Gretchen. He described Maiqui as someone who does not easily get jealous and even encourages him to accept professional opportunities alongside his former partner.
Robi Domingo is a Filipino television host, actor, VJ, and dancer who rose to fame after becoming the first runner-up of Pinoy Big Brother. He previously dated fellow celebrity Gretchen Ho before finding love with Maiqui Pineda. The couple tied the knot on January 6, 2024, at the Diocesan Shrine and Parish of San Isidro Labrador in Pulilan, Bulacan, surrounded by family and close friends.
