The video, which resurfaced through Ogie’s Facebook post, showed a person recording the situation while walking through floodwaters. At one point, Robredo could be seen among those in the flooded area, prompting the person behind the camera to acknowledge her presence.
The individual was heard saying:

Although the video was not recent, Ogie used the repost to highlight what he described as Robredo’s consistent presence during difficult circumstances.
