In a video documentation uploaded to Facebook, Diwata explicitly revealed that his sudden journey to the MMDA main office located in Barangay Ugong, Pasig City, was directly triggered by persistent comments from online followers pointing out his look-alike.
“'Yong nag-comment na puntahan ko raw si Torre kasi magkamukha raw kami, sige. Challenge accepted,” says Diwata.

“'Yong mga nagsasabi diyan na magkamukha kami, ito na," says Torre. "Husgahan n'yo na."
The physical comparison between the two public figures immediately became the center of lighthearted discussion inside the government building, eliciting laughter from both parties after they stood side-by-side.
"Sa mga nagsasabing magkamukha kami, parang nga. Parang tama nga kayo," says Diwata.
As the interaction continued, the MMDA official injected a humorous theory regarding their uncanny facial structure that caught the attention of the onlookers inside the room.
"Tatanungin namin ang mga tatay namin kung anong nangyari," says Torre.
Public comparisons between the government executive and the popular internet sensation have long circulated across various social media platforms. In a previous media interview, General Manager Torre openly confessed that he had already tried to establish contact by personally dropping by Diwata's famous food stall in Pasay City to ask for a photograph, though the business owner was unavailable during that specific time.
