So, ano ba talaga? 'Yong nanay at tatay 'yan 'yong term of endearment n'yo?" Diaz asked.

Montes took the lead in answering, unexpectedly revealing that she is the one responsible for holding back their walk down the aisle. She explained that she constantly reminds Martin not to let public pressure dictate the timeline of their relationship.

Pero at the same time kasi marami pa kaming dapat gawin. Ayaw naming i-pressure ang sarili namin,” Montes said.

She further explained their mutual perspective on the matter, prioritizing their relationship's current stability over a legal ceremony.

“Mas naniniwala kami na, ‘Ito, maayos tayo. Nasa center natin si God. And then, go with the flow muna.’ Walang pressure,” she added.

Elaborating on her personal decision to delay the marriage, Montes pointed out that she wants to ensure they are fully prepared to avoid the pitfalls they have witnessed in other relationships.
