Deo Balbuena happily showed his newly purchased home during a house tour featured on the GMA morning program “Unang Hirit” on Monday, May 18.

The social media personality and entrepreneur shared how meaningful the achievement was for him after years of hard work and sacrifices.

According to the celebrity, owning a house had always been one of his biggest dreams. During the tour, he became emotional while recalling how far he had come.

“Nakakatuwa kasi dati kong pangarap pero ngayon natupad ko na, na magkaroon talaga ako ng sarili kong bahay,” he said.

The property is located in General Trias, Cavite. Diwata revealed that the lot measures around 600 square meters. The front area of the house is spacious enough for his vehicle and also serves as part of his negosyo operations.

The entrepreneur shared that he also cooks his popular pares dishes in the open area beside the house. His paresan business became one of the reasons he was able to save money for the property.

Inside the home, viewers were shown a simple yet cozy dining area with a refrigerator and dining table. The personality also proudly introduced his office, where he handles his safety gear and construction supply business.

The celebrity later opened up about the lessons he learned from life and success. He encouraged viewers to keep working hard despite difficulties.

“Ang mga natutunan ko, kahit anong hirap ng buhay, basta hindi ka sumuko. Kung may pangarap ka, umpisahan mo na, ngayon na. At saka ‘wag kang sumuko kasi ‘pag sinukuan mo, hindi mo makakamit ‘yung pangarap na gusto mo kasi sumuko ka,” he shared.

During the tour, Diwata also showed his living room, studio room where he does livestreams, and his bedroom. He explained that he carefully saved the earnings from his businesses and guest appearances to finally buy his dream home.

Chef JR also prepared a special beef pares dish for the internet personality in the kitchen. Instead of the usual noodles, the chef used sotanghon for the recipe.
