Jillian Ward made things clear once and for all—she has never met Chavit Singson.
During her guesting on Fast Talk With Boy Abunda last Tuesday, the Kapuso actress denied the rumors linking her to the former Ilocos Sur Governor.
She explained that she has never met him in person, nor has she spoken to him. Jillian said this is the first and last time she will talk about the issue.
Jillian added that she has no idea how the rumors started since she has never interacted with Singson.

She also denied claims that he was one of the sponsors of her 18th birthday celebration or the godfather of one of her siblings.
Jillian said she doesn’t even know if Singson knows her personally. She called the rumors completely false and baseless.
The Kapuso actress also challenged those spreading fake stories to show actual proof.
She asked them to release the supposed CCTV footage they were referring to, not fake or AI-made clips.
The issue began when a blind item circulated online, hinting at a “special relationship” between Jillian and Singson. The former governor already denied the allegations and said there was no truth to the rumors.
Meanwhile, Jillian Ward is set to star in the upcoming Kapuso action-drama Never Say Die alongside David Licauco and Kim Ji Soo.

Chavit Singson is a well-known politician and businessman in the Philippines. He served several terms as governor of Ilocos Sur and also became a congressman. He gained national attention for his role in the case against former President Joseph Estrada, where he was one of the key witnesses who exposed the alleged jueteng payola in 2000. Because of this, he became the center of political discussions and national news. Aside from politics, he also manages a wide range of businesses in various industries. He was also one of the main figures behind the Miss Universe 2016 pageant being held in the Philippines through his support and coordination.
In a previous report by KAMI, Chavit Singson has formally addressed the rumors linking him to Jillian Ward. He said these were only gossip and that there was no truth to the blind items connecting them. He made this clarification after speculations about the two of them started spreading. He also called on the media to stop asking him about women linked to him, including Yen Santos.
In a previous report by KAMI last January, Chavit Singson withdrew his candidacy for the Philippine Senate. As a former Deputy National Security Adviser and governor of Ilocos Sur, he said his decision to withdraw was due to health reasons. He did not elaborate or mention any specific illness. Known to many as “Manong Chavit,” he said that while he stepped back from the senatorial race, he would continue to serve the public in other ways.
