In the post published on Instagram Stories, Jellie straightforwardly gave an answer to an intriguing question she has recently been receiving.
She responded "yes" to those asking if she would continue pursuing a lawsuit against an unmentioned individual.
“Sa mga nagtatanong, YES po, Tuloy ang KASO!” the DJ and influencer wrote.

A month ago, DJ Jellie was rushed to the hospital after taking serious physical injuries. From a Facebook post shared by Jellie and her sister, Jo Aw, the DJ-content creator was allegedly assaulted by Jam Ignacio.
Also in Jellie's previous Instagram stories, she posted pictures of herself with her face bloodied and swollen. She also captioned her photo with, "magkita tayo sa kulungan" and tagged Jam in it.
In a Facebook post, she likewise wrote, "HAPPY VALENTINES? (Explicit word) Jam Ignacio mapapatay moko wala akong ginawang masama para ganituhin moko halos mamatay ako sa ginawa mo! papalukong kita!"
Jellie later went to the National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) to file a complaint against Jam. Along with her friends, they went to the San Fernando, Pampanga office of the NBI.
Meanwhile on her Instagram account, the DJ has been consistently sharing messages from fans and friends who are praying for her recovery. In one of her Instagram Stories, Aw also thanked everyone who's been there since the issue started.
Based on their social media accounts, Jellie and Jam got engaged in November 2024.

In a video posted by ABS-CBN News, Jellie stressed, “Wala na pong kasal na magaganap o matutuloy.” The disc jockey and content creator said she has forgiven Jam. However, she is determined to pursue the complaint she filed against him. Furthermore, the DJ explained why she decided not to give Jam a second chance.
