The celebrity dad has taken to his Instagram page to post a screenshot of his son’s message.
As seen in the screenshot, Leon sweetly wished his dad a happy birthday.
“Happy birthday Papa. God bless always - Leon,” the 21-year-old told his father.

The veteran comedian then wrote an affectionate reply, where he invited his child to have dinner with him soon.
“Ty [thank you] anak… love you… dinner tayo soon,” Dennis’ reply reads.
In the caption, the actor also penned his reaction to their conversation.
“So happy for this message,” he expressed.
He further told his son, “Salamat anak... Love you Leon.”

Last April 2, Dennis Padilla greeted his son, Leon Barretto, with a happy birthday which delighted his followers on social media. Dennis took to the photo-sharing app, Instagram, to upload a photo collage containing an old photo he took with his son.
Alongside the old photo was a new picture of Dennis holding up a paper with a handwritten birthday greeting for Leon on his special day. "Dear Leon Marcux, happy birthday anak. God bless you more! We love you!" the note said in Dennis' now-viral photo on the app, Instagram.
However, what delighted netizens greatly was Leon leaving a short but sweet reply on Dennis's birthday post for him. In the comments section of Dennis's post on Instagram, Leon left a comment saying, "Thank you papa" followed by two emojis.
Dennis Padilla, is a Filipino comedian, TV host, radio broadcaster and actor. He was born on February 9, 1962 to the late actor-comedian Prudencio Baldivia and Catalina Baldivia. He is the father of Julia Barretto, a well-known actress, endorser, and vlogger in the Philippines. Dennis already has a different family and he also has several children with his new partner.
