Ogie Diaz, in a recent post on Facebook, imparted to his followers an important reminder for everyone to carefully consider.

In his post, Mama Ogs talked about “Sampaguita Girl,” and how some people view her selling style as “modus.”

It can be recalled that the said “Sampaguita girl” was thrust into the limelight after a video of her being shooed away by a security guard went viral.

It was later learned that she was already an adult and not a little girl as previously claimed, with the elementary or high school uniform she was wearing revealed as merely a device to help her sell sampaguita garlands.

“Every Gising Is A Blessing! Naka-school uniform na ang mga nagtitinda ng sampaguita. Modus daw yon,” Ogie said in the beginning of his post.

He then compared what “Sampaguita girl” did to other people in uniform who allegedly deliberately do similar things.

“Eh me mga pulis nga, nangingikil eh. Naka-uniform din yon, huh!” the showbiz reporter and talent manager said.

He further went on talk about other officials whom he says would make promises to Filipinos.

“Me mga kumakandidato ding nangangakong pagagaanin ang buhay ng mga Pilipino, eh,” he added.

Near the end of his post, Mama Ogs imparted an important reminder for everyone whenever meeting new people.

“Gagamitin mo na lang talaga ang utak at puso mo sa pagkilatis ng mga nakaka-encounter mo,” Ogie said.
