Taking to Facebook, a relative, Yey Carteciano, posted a deeply emotional announcement asking for privacy and understanding as their family navigates this incredibly heavy loss.

“We are still trying to process this painful loss, but we want to extend our deepest gratitude to everyone who has reached out, offered prayers, and extended their sympathy. Your kindness means the world to us during this incredibly difficult time,” Yey wrote in the touching viral post.
Yey also noted that the family is currently finalizing the arrangements, and the details regarding the beloved broadcaster's wake will be shared publicly once everything is properly set.
