In a social media post on August 22, DJ Chacha praised professionals who remain committed to doing their responsibilities regardless of whether they receive attention or recognition. For her, consistency is one of the qualities that distinguishes remarkable workers from others.

“The most remarkable professionals I know share one common trait: CONSISTENCY,” she wrote.

DJ Chacha further connected consistency with integrity, explaining that a person's work ethic should not depend on the presence of people who can praise or evaluate them.

“Kahit may nakatingin o wala, they still bring their 100% best to the table every single day. Integrity isn’t about performing for an audience, it’s about the standard you hold yourself to when no one else is grading your work.”

Although she did not identify a specific person in her original post, DJ Chacha later extended the sentiment to public officials in the comments. She emphasized that people in positions of responsibility should continue doing their duties even without publicity or supervision.

“Saludo sa mga taong ginagawa pa rin nang tama ang trabaho kahit walang boss na nakatingin o nakabantay,” the DJ wrote.

DJ Chacha has previously used her social media platforms to comment on public issues and matters involving government accountability.

In April, she called on government officials to address the flood control controversy and seek justice, while pointing out that ordinary citizens continue to fulfill their responsibilities and contribute to government funds through taxes.

“To our dear government officials: Ayusin niyo naman trabaho niyo. Isipin niyo na lang, kahit wala pang malaking isda na nahuhuli dyan sa flood control scandal, tuloy pa rin ambag namin sa pondo ng Bayan,” she wrote at the time.

She also said that she had already paid her taxes in advance and had done her part as a citizen, while urging government officials to address the controversy.

In July, DJ Chacha again expressed her views on a government policy issue involving the West Philippine Sea and the proposed Pax Silica hub in New Clark City, Tarlac.

“Sabi kanina, ‘We are Filipinos, and we do not yield’. Kudos to this admin for standing firm on the West Philippine Sea issue. Pero sa China palaban bat parang iba ang trato sa Pax Silica ng Amerika? Contradicting. Paano po ba talaga? Saan ba tayo lulugar talaga?” she wrote.

She also clarified her political position in the same discussion.

“Just to clarify, never pa rin po ako boboto ng pro-China candidate sa 2028 elections ☺️💪🏼✊”

Through her latest post, DJ Chacha once again highlighted her view that professionalism should be measured not by attention or recognition, but by the consistency and integrity a person demonstrates in carrying out their responsibilities.

DJ Chacha (born Czarina Marie Balba) is a prominent Filipina radio host, television personality, and author widely known for her longtime stint on MOR 101.9. She has since expanded her broadcasting career as a morning host on MOR Entertainment and TV5's Ted Failon at DJ Chacha sa Radyo5, while also gaining fame as a housemate on Pinoy Big Brother: Lucky 7.

In another report, DJ Chacha voiced her frustration over allegations of corruption involving money meant for ordinary Filipinos. In a social media post, she shared an elevator selfie while carrying a tote bag featuring a pointed message aimed at people she described as shameless. She contrasted the daily struggles of workers who wake up early to earn a living with those accused of corruption who, in her view, can rest comfortably.

Meanwhile, DJ Chacha questioned the perceived advantages enjoyed by senators compared with ordinary employees. She pointed to what she viewed as differences in workplace expectations, including attendance and conduct, while lawmakers continue to receive their salaries. The radio personality also emphasized that senators’ compensation comes from public funds, raising questions about accountability and how taxpayer money is used.
