The candid moment happened during the GMA Comedy game show, which aired on Saturday, August 22. Celebrities and People were asked whether they were the type to immediately tell others when dealing with a serious problem or whether they preferred to keep their struggles to themselves.
For Team DINOOKY, composed of Dina Bonnevie and Snooky Serna, keeping problems private was their preferred approach, with the pair saying they would first turn to God.
Team WINAHTI, consisting of Winwyn Marquez and Ahtisa Manalo, shared a similar perspective.

Ahtisa explained: "If I can solve it first, i-solve ko muna. 'Pag hindi na kaya, saka ako lalapit sa mga loved ones ko."
Celebri-peep guest Poca, however, had a different approach. She said she would rather open up to other people, emphasizing that keeping problems bottled up could have negative consequences.
Poca also stressed that people should only share their struggles with individuals they genuinely trust, pointing out that not everyone who appears to be a friend necessarily has good intentions.
Heart appeared to strongly relate to the sentiment and recalled her own experience of keeping things to herself before eventually opening up to people she believed she could trust.
"Kasi ako dati, lagi ko na lang kini-keep sa sarili ko. Tapos noong sumabog ako, I opened up to the wrong people. Ang ending, siyempre, iba naman 'yung buhay... na ginamit 'yun para alam mo 'yan...," Heart explained.
The actress and host then highlighted the value of carefully choosing one's support system, saying that people should seek guidance from individuals who genuinely have their best interests at heart.
"I think it's very important that you speak to the right people. It's either your mom, a therapist, or people that's like blood-connected. Iba pa rin 'yung talagang pinagkakatiwalaan mo kasi sometimes friends aren't really what you think they are," she said.
Heart's remarks reflected the importance of having a trusted support system while also recognizing that friendship does not automatically mean someone is the right person to receive one's deepest struggles.
Still, she made sure the emotional discussion did not end on a serious note. Heart humorously clarified her statement to co-host Sean, telling him:
“Except you, Sean!”
Her playful remark brought some lightness to an otherwise candid conversation about vulnerability, trust, and the consequences of opening up to the wrong people.
Heart Evangelista is a prominent Filipina actress, television host, visual artist, and global fashion icon who first rose to fame as a teenage star in the late 1990s. Over the years, she transitioned from leading top-rating television dramas into an internationally recognized luxury style influencer, renowned for her front-row appearances at major Fashion Weeks and her hand-painted fine art collections.
In another report, Heart Evangelista reflected on the importance of continuing to pursue bigger dreams even after reaching a certain level of success. She explained that wanting more for oneself does not necessarily mean being ungrateful or dissatisfied with what has already been achieved. Heart encouraged people to set ambitious goals, remain determined, and continue moving forward despite challenges. She and other celebrity pairs also discussed the reasons they still feel there is more they want to accomplish in their lives.
Meanwhile, Heart Evangelista revealed why she appreciates friends who are willing to be completely honest with her. She mentioned Angelica Panganiban, John Prats, and Isabel Oli as among the people close to her who can give her straightforward advice. Rather than receiving pleasant words that are not genuine, Heart said she prefers hearing difficult truths from people she trusts. She also remembered an experience when she apologized to someone despite not fully understanding what she had done wrong.
