Toni Fowler opened up about the personal reasons behind her decision to undergo breast reduction surgery.

The content creator shared her story in a recent episode of GMA Network's "Kapuso Mo, Jessica Soho" or "KMJS," which looked back at her journey from getting breast implants to eventually deciding to have them removed.

According to Toni, she underwent her first breast augmentation surgery in 2016.

She admitted that insecurity played a major role in her decision at the time.

Toni recalled feeling hurt after a former partner made a comment about her body following the birth of her first child.

“After ko magkaroon ng baby, sobrang na-insecure ako. 'Yung ex ko, mayroon siyang tinitingnan sa Facebook… pagtingin niya sa FB sabi niya, ‘Ang sexy o,’ ‘Luh? Sexy nga, pangit naman.’ Sabi niya sa akin, ‘Ikaw, ang ganda mo nga, lawlaw naman dede mo,’ nasaktan ako,” she shared.

Because of that experience, Toni said she decided to have silicone implants placed in her brėasts, bringing her size to 38D.

Over the years, however, the reality of having a larger chest became more difficult for her.

She said she felt the physical burden even more after giving birth to her second child, Tyrone, whom she shares with Vince Flores.

What once helped address an insecurity eventually became something that caused her discomfort.

Toni also explained that her implants had already been in her body for around 10 years, which became another factor in her decision to have them removed.

“Sobrang hindi na ako makahinga… Ten years na 'yung silicone ko sa loob ng aking katawan. Expired na siya. Nag-decide talaga ako na ipatanggal,” she said.

The social media personality eventually underwent the procedure, which reportedly cost around P200,000 to P300,000.

Her decision recently became a topic among netizens as she openly discussed both the reason she initially chose breast augmentation and why her priorities eventually changed.

Toni is also known as Mommy Oni to her followers. She is the founder and leader of the ToRo Family, which produces reality-style videos and vlogs featuring members of their group.

Aside from Toni, other personalities have also publicly shared their experiences with breast reduction or implant removal procedures over the years.

For Toni, however, the decision came after living with her implants for nearly a decade and experiencing the physical discomfort she said came with them.
