Jodi Sta. Maria just flexed how she completed the two-day training on interpersonal psychotherapy Level A.

The actress happily showed her certificate and also shared her experience.

“Interpersonal Psychotherapy Level A Training ✅,” the actress wrote.

She then said that the past couple of days have been very transformative for her.

“The past two days have been nothing short of transformative, educational and informative. This training wasn’t just about gaining tools to help others heal—it was also a personal awakening. I walk away with a deeper understanding of my own connections,” Jodi said.

She then thanked everyone who contributed to the journey.

Recently, Jodi created a poll on X, in which numerous of her followers took the time to participate. She asked the netizens what is the hardest boundary to set, and more than 50% of the participants voted for “saying no to family.” The actress then honestly reacted to the result and expressed validation toward every participant’s feelings. The “Lavender Fields” star also highlighted the importance of boundary-setting.

Meanwhile in a previous post, Jodi shared the neutering of her dog, Z, at the veterinary clinic. She shared a video of Z clinging tightly to her, showing how afraid he was. The actress also said that she did not actually wanted to go but she had to because she could not be in the operating room. Thankfully, the operation was successful and her fur baby handled everything really well.
