Judy Ann Santos shared an advice to all aspiring young artists, underscoring how they must not keep on complaining during an interview with ABS-CBN, a clip of which was shared by @lilyganados on X.

According to Judy Ann, artists must not complain because they are among the highest paid and enjoy all the perks.
“Sa buong produksyon, artista dapat ang hindi nagrereklamo kasi artista ang may isa sa pinakamalalaking suweldo. May aircon tent ka, may glam team ka, may maayos kang pagkain, may call time ka, may cut-off time ka,” she said.
She also noted that crew and production don't enjoy the same benefits and if the celeb would act like a diva, then they would not receive a salary.

"Ang crew at production walang ganoon [pero] nagreklamo ba sila? Nauulanan sila. Nagbubuhat sila ng mabibigat. Napupuyat sila. Maaga silang nagpu-pullout. Sila ‘yung huling umuuwi pero hindi sila nagreklamo kasi kailangan nila ng trabaho. Lahat tayo kailangan ng trabaho so kailangan mong pahalagahan ‘yung pakiramdam din nung iba" she said.
