It was dated November 23, 2024 and was scheduled to begin at 1PM.

According to a statement issued by the Southern Police District (SPD), they arrested an actress and businesswoman, whom they aliased “Erin,” at the basement convention center located inside a mall in Pasay City on November 23, 2024 at around 2:50PM.
Since then, rumors about Neri Naig-Miranda being arrested started circulating online, though there wasn’t any confirmation from Neri, her husband Chito, or from any source.
Just today, however, ABS-CBN confirmed that it was indeed Neri who was arrested by the SPD at the basement convention center of a mall.
It wasn’t clear if Neri had already finished her speaking engagement at the time she was arrested.
Neri Naig Miranda is an actress who first gained recognition when she joined ABS-CBN's reality show "Star Circle Quest." She was named the 6th runner-up in the talent search. In 2014, she married Chito Miranda, the lead vocalist of the band Parokya ni Edgar.
The Pinoy entertainment world was recently shocked by the news of the arrest of Neri Naig-Miranda, wife of Chito Miranda, on Saturday by the Southern Police District. The arrest was related to her alleged involvement in estafa and violations of the Securities Regulation Code, as per an article by ABS-CBN News. ABS-CBN News also posted on social media a video of the arrest. In the video, a policewoman was reading the warrant of arrest while the actress-businesswoman was at a convention center in Pasay City.
It can be recalled that showbiz reporter Ogie Diaz, in his latest vlog post, has talked about Neri Naig-Miranda. Earlier, it was Ogie who shared the alleged news that Neri was arrested. New alleged details have been shared by the talent manager in his vlog. Allegedly, Neri is facing 13 counts, with Ogie giving a glimpse of a document in the vlog.
