- After receiving the ₱10,000, each housemate contemplated about the huge amount of money that they have received

- While keeping the money would tremendously help them, the housemates were also thinking about who deserves it more

Pinoy Big Brother housemates surprisingly received ₱10,000 each from 'Big Brother' or more popularly known as 'Kuya.'

The awarded ₱10,000 wasn't a joke because it can actually be converted to real ₱10,000 cash.

Each of the housemates can share the said amount to whoever they choose.

Most of the housemates told Big Brother that it's their first time to have such an amount while the others said ₱10,000 could actually help them a long way in real life.

Pinoy Big Brother is a reality show where the contestants are required to stay in a house known as “Bahay ni Kuya.” The big winner will be determined by overcoming the challenges that must be faced inside the house and also with the help of votes from the audience. It can be recalled that Pinoy Big Brother returned to Philippine TV screens in June. ABS-CBN recently announced this in a social media post on the network’s official page. The Kapamilya Network’s announcement stated that “Bahay ni Kuya” would be open for new housemates. The Philippine adaptation of the popular American TV reality series have produced big stars like Kim Chiu, Gerald Anderson, Sam Milby, and many more.

In a previous report by KAMI, Fyang Smith, Kai Montinola, and Jarren Garcia are the new set of nominated housemates inside the Pinoy Big Brother house. The 9th nomination night took place evening of Sunday, September 22. There are only 8 remaining housemates inside the PBB House, 5 teen housemates, and 3 adult housemats. JM Ibarra, Kolette Madelo, Rain Celmar, JP Cabrera, and Binsoy Namoca were safe from being evicted for this week.

Jas Scales, a famous Pinoy Big Brother (PBB) housemate, was evicted from the show on Saturday. Her fellow housemate, JM Ibarra, was saved from eviction. Moreover, the video of Jas’ eviction quickly went viral on social media. Just recently, Jas posted a beautiful photo of herself with the caption, “Hello, Philippines! Hello, world!"
