Mrs. Yulo then said that she’s not a perfect mother and that the Almighty knows Caloy is not a perfect son.

“Hindi ako perpektong ina at alam ng Diyos na hindi ka rin perpektong anak, at walang perpektong pamilya,” she said.

She again gave an indication as to why she must have been acting the way she did before.

“Walang ibang hangad ang isang ina kundi ang ikabubuti ng kanyang anak at sa bawat miyembro ng pamilya,” the Pinoy golden boy’s mom said.

Mrs. Yulo then reiterated that her intention is pure.

Mrs. Yulo then addressed several aspects of the controversy in her letter and afterwards, she proceeded to answer some questions from the press.

Carlos Yulo is a Filipino artistic gymnast known for his exceptional skills and achievements in gymnastics. He gained international recognition for his performances in various competitions, particularly in the World Artistic Gymnastics Championships. It can be recalled that Carlos, after bagging his second Olympic gold medal, aired a message to his father Mark Andrew. In a video posted by GMA News, Caloy shared how much he loves his dad. The two-time Olympic gold medalist also shared how supportive his beloved father is. The Filipino gymnast likewise aired a short yet sweet message for Mark Andrew.

Meanwhile, after his mom granted an interview where she addressed things related to her conflict with her son, Carlos uploaded a video that seemed to address the things his mom said during the interview. The Pinoy Olympian clarified that the incentives he was talking about was in 2022 and not 2021 and that it was not 70,000 pesos only as his mom claimed but was a six-digit figure. He also said that when he arrived home, his mom didn't tell him she already received the incentives in the World championships and he wouldn't even have an idea it already arrived if he didn't ask his mom about it.
