In his post, Wilbert shared a photo where he could be seen lying on a hospital bed.

Along with the photo, he also penned an alarming caption about his health.

“Overfatigue + Stress + Puyat + Pressure + Nalilipasan ng gutom + Acid reflux = Too much work will k*ll me,” Wilbert unfortunately wrote.
