Janine Gutierrez, in a recent post on her Instagram account, wrote a lovely tribute for the late Leo Dominguez, the actress’ manager.

It can be recalled that Leo suddenly died last Friday, May 24, 2024, with the cause yet to be disclosed by his family.
In her rousing tribute, Janine talked about the Leo she knew and also expressed her gratitude to the latter for agreeing to be her manager.
“Tito Leo had an encyclopedic knowledge of cinema, especially Philippine cinema, and pop culture. He knew all the best films, which actors won awards for them, on what exact year, and even the theme songs (then proceeding to sing them),” Janine wrote in her tribute post.

“He was also a really good singer, a member of Kundirana with Sir Ogie. From the moment I met him, I knew we’d get along,” she further said.
“He loved movies, Blondie, had impeccable taste, and an undeniable sense of humor. I’m so grateful that he agreed to be my manager and took me in as one of his talents,” the actress added.
Janine then said that so many of her dreams came true under the wings of Leo and his talent management firm.
“So many of my dreams came true with him and I’m so very grateful for the journey we shared together for 8 years,” she said.
The actress then expressed sadness at having to say goodbye in such a sudden manner, and at the same time, promised to honor Leo’s memory in everything she does.
She then expressed her love for her late manager.
“I’m really sad to have to say goodbye so suddenly. But I hope to honor you in everything I do. I love you tito Leo!! Thank you so much. I miss you already ️,” Janine wrote.
Janine Gutierrez is a Filipina actress, model, and TV personality. She was born on October 2, 1989, and her parents are actress Lotlot de Leon and actor-singer Ramon Christopher Gutierrez. She is a former Kapuso star but is now an exclusive artist of ABS-CBN.
