Khalil Ramos happily shared how he celebrated his 23rd birthday with his sweetheart, Gabbi Garcia.
He revealed that the Kapuso actress pushed him to wake up at 5 am for her birthday surprise, which was a 3-hour hike.
The former Princess and I star also recalled those times when he was still alone and compared it with his present life where he has Gabbi in his life and called her 'mi persona favorita'.
"This time last year, I was alone at the top of Marlboro hills in Batanes seeking answers to my questions in life. A year and a hundred questions answered later, here I am on top of Mt. Batolusong, no longer alone and with mi persona favorita," he wrote.
"I’m very much thankful to all the people who helped me along the way. Most especially this lady, who forced me to wake up at 5 am for a surprise 3-hour hike!! Thanks for all the greetings guys!! Much love," he added.
