Karylle has taken to the comments section of a post of Jolina Magdangal about the concert of her Ninong Gary Valenciano, and expressed how she became emotional at the last part of the concert.

"Grabe iyak ko sa dulo!" she wrote in a comment.

She also said that she found it "sayang" that she was not able to dance with her ninong.

"Sayang di kita nakasayaw," K said.

In her Instagram Stories, she also shared snippets from the concert.

Some showed her duet with Gary V, while there were also those, which showed how things were backstage.

The recent concert of Gary V was said to be his "last big show" denoting that it will be his last for big venues.

It was directed by his son, Paolo Valenciano.

DJ Mo asked Karylle about the issue of Janella Salvador's rejection of Kim Chiu's sample request. Meanwhile, in a previous post on social media, Karylle’s mom, singer Zsa Zsa Padilla, posted her congratulations to her daughter and the latter’s husband, Yael Yuzon. This was in relation to the sweet gesture of Yael towards Karylle in February where the Spongecola frontman surprised his wife on “It’s Showtime” with a proposal. During the show, he proposed to Karylle ahead of their 10th wedding anniversary in March. On Instagram Stories, Zsa Zsa congratulated her daughter and the latter’s husband.
