The viral quote card on Instagram talked about how healing makes you realize a lot of things, including the answer to disrespect and betrayal.

According to the viral quote card, sometimes, the only answer to disrespect, betrayal, or any negative situation is distance and walking away.

In her Instagram repost, the quote card continued by saying one simply prefers to remove themselves from the conversation and situation.

"Sometimes, healing makes you realize that the only answer to disrespect, betrayal, or any negative situation is distance. You choose to walk away because you no longer want to react, argue, or fight to prove your point. Instead, you simply prefer to remove yourself from the conversation and the situation that affects your peace of mind," the quote card read.

Claudine Barretto is one of the three famous Barretto sisters, which include Gretchen Barretto and Marjorie Barretto. Clau rose to fame when she became a cast of the 90's TV show, "Ang TV." In 1993, she joined the cast of "Home Along Da Riles," which stars comedy king Dolphy Quizon. Other teleseryes that Claudine starred in include "Mula sa Puso," "Saan Ka Man Naroroon," "Sa Dulo ng Walang Hanggan," "Marina," and "Iisa Pa Lamang." She tied the knot with Raymart Santiago in the year 2006, though several years later, the two parted ways.
