Ruffa Gutierrez, in her recent social media post, posted several throwback photos she took with Marjorie Barretto and Aiko Melendez back in the day.

On Sunday, January 28, Ruffa took to her Instagram page, @iloveruffag, to talk about her recent reunion with her friends from the showbiz industry.

Included in the said reunion were Marjorie and Aiko, as well as Joy Ortega, all ladies looking young and beautiful in the photos that Ruffa posted.

According to Ruffa, they are still connected with each other. She also mentioned that despite not talking for months, when they meet up, nothing changes.

"Still connected as we continue to build on longstanding friendships we’ve had for 35 years. We’ve come a long way since we were 15 with new stories, updates, struggles, milestones, boyfriends, career paths and topics on motherhood each time we meet up. 4 hours is simply not enough. Sometimes we’ll go months without talking, and yet we pick right back up where we left off the minute we get together," she said.

Sharmaine Ruffa Rama Gutierrez, more popularly known as Ruffa Gutierrez, is a beauty queen, actress, and model from the Philippines. She is the daughter of celebrities Eddie Gutierrez and Annabelle Rama. She was the second runner-up in Miss World 1993 pageant. She has two children, Lorin Gabriella, and Venezia Loran, with her former husband, Yilmaz Bektas.

Alexa, who is Elvis Gutierrez's wife, is currently fighting a battle with leukemia. On Instagram, Ruffa had reposted Alexa's post about seeing chunks of her hair fall. This prompted Ruffa to show her support for Alexa, calling the latter a warrior.

Meanwhile, Ruffa Gutierrez, in a recent social media post, expressed her determination to get a Master’s Degree. In her post, Ruffa listed down some of the reasons of her “2024 smile.” She said “good vibes, bigger goals, pure happiness, constant gratitude, and stronger relationships” were among the reasons why.
