Carlos Yulo and Chloe San Jose have finally revealed a major relationship milestone that they had kept private for nine months, with the Olympic gold medalist opening up about his proposal and his commitment to his longtime partner.

The couple surprised fans on September 28 after revealing through their vlog that they had actually gotten engaged in December 2025. While Chloe shared her happiness over finally making the announcement public, Carlos also posted a heartfelt message reflecting on the journey that led them to the engagement.
Yulo began his message by looking back on the moment Chloe accepted his proposal.

The Filipino gymnast then expressed gratitude for the relationship and the love they share.
“And all I can say and all I can feel, is that I am truly blessed.”
Carlos went on to describe the different ways he considers himself fortunate to have Chloe in his life.
