Multi-awarded actor Ronaldo Valdez has recently been making headlines due to news about his demise. He passed away last December 17 at the age of 76.

Amid this difficult time, the bereaved family received bouquets of flowers from several celebrities and companies.

Janno Gibbs took to Instagram Stories and shared photos of the said flowers at his late father’s wake.

Ronald James Dulaca Gibbs, or Ronaldo Valdez as he was known by his screen name, was a veteran actor in both movies and television. He was notably recognized as the father of Janno Gibbs, who is an actor, comedian, TV host, and singer.

The Quezon City Police District (QCPD) is now conducting a thorough investigation into the death of Ronaldo. In Marisol Abdurahman’s report on GMA's “24 Oras,” Major Don Don Llapitan, chief of the QCPD Criminal Investigation and Detection Unit, said Valdez had a gunshot wound when he was found unconscious in his room yesterday, December 17, at around 3 p.m. Because a gun was found at the scene, everyone in Valdez’s house was subjected to a paraffin and ballistic test.

Jake Cuenca visited the wake of Ronaldo recently. On his Instagram page, Jake shared a photo showing the late veteran actor’s wake. He also penned a lengthy caption containing his heartfelt message to Ronaldo. Jake stressed that he will never forget everything he learned from the multi-awarded actor.
