Donnalyn Bartolome, in a video she uploaded on Instagram, gave a heartwarming tribute for her mom on her birthday.

In the videon, one can hear the voice of the social media influencer, who lovingly reminisced about the hardships endured by her mom so she and her siblings would have a comfortable life.

She also wished that she was able to make her mom feel how she loves her.

“Sana naparamdam ko sa'yo kung gaano kita kamahal ngayong araw na 'to,” Donnalyn said.

The social media influencer also said that if she could go back in time, she would take care of her mom when she was still a child and love her the way her mom wasn’t loved before.

“If I could go back in time, I would take care of my mom when she was a child. Just love her the way she wasn't loved, and guide her so carefully so that she chooses a path less difficult,” the social media influencer said.

“Sure, it would mean I probably wouldn't be here. But, if it means she'll struggle less, that's what I will choose. But I'm here. So the best thing I could do is help her, some of life's heavy loads,” she added.

Donnalyn then went on to narrate how her mom and dad sacrificed a lot so she and her siblings would live a comfortable life and at the same time, be able to help their relatives back at home.

“I saw my parents life fall apart, not just to give us a comfortable life, or give us anything of luxury, so we don't get bullied in school, like what they used to call us, F.O.B.'s Fresh Off The Boat, but also help their relatives and other people, until this day,” she said.

Near the end of her video, she presented her mom the Leadership Award that Donnalyn received from the World Women Leadership Congress as proof that her mom did raise her well into a woman her parents could really be proud of.

The influencer then told Piolo about his role in the party and how they were going to surprise the former’s mom. When Donnalyn’s mom turned to see the special guest who would complete the 18 roses, she gave a priceless reaction much to the delight of the guests and netizens who watched the video.

In another social media post, Donna shared a video of her dance showdown in a past episode of "ASAP." In her caption, she also mentioned the likely reason why she agreed to do a dance showdown alongside the king and princess of the dance floor. She also described what she felt at the time, knowing full well she was dancing with two of the best. The social media influencer then greeted one of those she danced with in the video a “happy birthday.”
