In her post, which consisted of a photo and her caption, the actress and model was seen resting her head against the chest of her brother, while their mother lies beside them.

“Spending time w people that you genuinely care about is the best for your mind and soul,” Sofia said in her caption.

She then emphasized the reality and truth about the best things in life.

“The truth is … the best things in life are free,” the actress and model said.

Sofia also said that kindness and love, as well as memories made in one’s lifetime, are also very important.

“Kindness, love, and the memories you’ve made along the way,” Sofia said.
